Individual plans & direct specialist access, Australia-wide
Individual Work Plan

A program built around one person — you

Most structured courses assume everyone starts in the same place and moves at the same pace. This program does not. Each session is shaped by where you are right now and what you are actually trying to accomplish.

You work directly with a specialist across every stage — no automated modules, no generic feedback queues. Progress is tracked against your own baseline, not a fixed syllabus.

One-on-one specialist session in progress

How the program is organised

  • 01 First contact

    Diagnostic conversation

Before anything is planned, your specialist spends time understanding your current situation — what you have tried before, where things stalled, and what a realistic outcome looks like for you.

  • 02 Planning

    Written individual plan

You receive a structured document outlining session focus areas, milestones, and the reasoning behind the sequence. Nothing is set in stone — the plan adjusts as you progress.

  • 03 Active work

    Sessions with direct feedback

Each session runs for a fixed duration agreed in advance. Feedback is specific and actionable — your specialist explains the reasoning behind every correction so you can apply it independently.

  • 04 Review

    Progress check and adjustment

At regular intervals your specialist reviews what has changed and what has not. The plan is updated accordingly — some areas may need more time, others less than originally estimated.

What participants say after working through the program

I had worked through three different courses before this and still felt stuck. Having someone look at my specific situation — not a generalised problem — made the difference. It took about six weeks before I noticed a real shift.

The plan felt honest — my specialist told me early on that some of what I wanted to do would take longer than I expected. That kind of directness is rare. I appreciated not being given false timelines.

Remote access was genuinely seamless. I am in a regional area and was concerned about connection quality affecting the sessions. It was a non-issue from the first call. The structure held up well over distance.

Practical details about how sessions run

  • Sessions are conducted remotely via video call — no travel required, accessible from any location in Australia with a stable connection.
  • Scheduling follows your availability. Morning, evening, and weekend slots are available depending on your specialist's current load.
  • Between sessions you receive written notes summarising what was covered and what to focus on before the next meeting.
  • If your circumstances change — job shift, health interruption, change in goals — the plan adapts. There is no penalty for pausing.

"The most useful thing was not the sessions themselves — it was the written summary after each one. I could go back to it during the week and check my own understanding against what we had discussed."
